The Labor Area of Contesini e Advogados Associados focuses on the legal analysis of the situation, under the following aspects:

Labor Legislation – detailed analysis of the casuistry, involving various forms of hiring and daily routines for company employees in light of the governing legislation; defense in administrative appeals before the labor inspection board and their consequences in the criminal area;

Collective Labor Law – analysis of the collective rules on the category and its relationship with the contracts in validity; elaboration of any collective agreements foreseeing the realization of hour bank
